Actis Docs automates the process of requesting, collecting, reviewing, and exporting client documents. It eliminates manual follow-up by sending upload links directly to clients, chasing outstanding documents automatically, and providing a unified inbox for review and approval.

## What it does

- Sends clients a secure, tokenised upload link by email — no account or password required
- Accepts PDF, Word, Excel, and image files (configured per document)
- Operators review uploads in a two-pane inbox: preview on the left, approve/deny on the right
- Denied documents trigger an automatic re-request email explaining exactly what was wrong
- Recurring templates run on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual cadences
- Chase schedules send pre-due and post-due reminders automatically
- Approved sessions can be exported as a uniformly named, audit-ready document set
